About me

I am Tatiana Andrushchenko, I live and work in Volgograd, Russia.
I am a professor of Psychology and serve as Dean of School of Psychology and Social work for about 15 years. I teach courses at the Department of Psychology: Introduction to Professional Activity, Developmental Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Child and Adolescent Counseling. 

I conduct research in theory and practice of the creation of the corrective and developing programs to form child's personal resources in the critical periods of his/her development. I am also interested and do research in psychological counseling in social and educational spheres, design methodologies and techniques in developing counseling; another area of my research interests is evolution of the professional communicative skills in training groups. 
I got my Ph. D in Psychology at the Russian Federation Education Academy, Institute of Psychology in 1978.
I got my BA in Russian Literature and Language at Volgograd State Pedagogical University, Russia.

International experiences
I participated in long-term and short-term study and visits to Denmark, the Netherlands (as Social work project's leader and project member), l worked in Germany as a guest scholar for 2 years; I have contacts with USA psychologists on play therapy, peer counseling and on psychological issues of environmental studies. 
My MOODLE experiences
I have been teaching my courses using this platform for three years. I used Moodle in two courses: Counseling Psychology and Child and Adolescent Counseling.

I am intrigued by the prospects of this workshop and am looking forward to collaborate with all of you for the next 4 weeks.
My interests
Development psychology, educational psychology, counseling psychology, narrative approach in psychology, e-leaning, play therapy, traveling, visual art, photography, senpolia (My violets), Italy (Venezia and islands).
